One of my favorite NAS is discounted to just $208 for Prime Day

The TerraMaster is one affordable two-bay enclosure. It’s usually priced at $260, which is a good deal for an Intel-powered NAS with upgradable RAM and M.2 slots, and 2.5GbE networking, but for Prime Day TerraMaster has reduced the NAS further to just $208. It happens to be one of my favorite NAS in terms of value, especially at this price.

The TerraMaster F2-223 has a great specification sheet with an Intel processor, upgradable DDR4 RAM, and the ability to transcode 4K media through Plex Media Server.

In our TerraMaster F2-223 review, we praised the NAS for its value with the Intel processor, the included 2.5GbE networking and HDMI port which are both relatively rare at this price (though the HDMI does not support media throughput), and the available M.2 slots for installing SSDs for caching. As you’ll see in the table below, the specs are impressive for $208.

2x USB-A 3.1
1x HDMI

Two drive bays may be a limiting factor if you have more than 20TB of data to store. It’s possible to install up to two 20TB drives inside the F2-223, but we’d recommend dedicating one to recovery use through a RAID, if possible. It’s important to always consider multiple ways of safeguarding against data loss.

It’s good to see the TerraMaster F2-223 on sale as it’s one of the best NAS in terms of value. To see TerraMaster discount the MSRP further makes it even more enticing to those who are looking to either save money on or buy their very first NAS.

We’ll be continuing to cover the very best deals for Prime Day on our favorite NAS enclosures and drives. Remember that, unlike other online resources, we’ll only include and promote deals that we’d buy ourselves.
